At The Goddess of Flame, we are a small, passionate shop, and your satisfaction is our top priority. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, please understand that certain factors—such as carrier delays, weather events, or supply chain issues—are beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
To ensure the safe arrival of your order, please have it shipped to a secure location where you or someone you trust can receive the package. We are unable to change delivery addresses once an order is placed. If an incorrect address is provided, we can cancel and refund the order, but only if notified before shipment.
Insurance
All orders are insured up to $100. However, we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses, insecure delivery locations, or theft after delivery. Insurance details can be found through your tracking information. If your package is lost or stolen, it is the customer’s responsibility to file an insurance claim with the carrier.
We reserve the right to refuse reshipping or refunds for undelivered orders.
Tracking Information
You will receive tracking information for every order. Please note that tracking updates only indicate that the shipping label has been created; it does not mean the package has been picked up by the carrier yet. We aim to get all orders to the carrier within 3 business days after payment is received, but please remember, as all our products are handmade, exact shipping times cannot be guaranteed.
