Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not issue refunds or accept returns, except in the case of defective or damaged goods.

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thegoddessofflame.com to initiate an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Readings
• Online classes
• Opened Tarot decks
• Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or has missing parts (unless due to our error).

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged during shipping.

To initiate an exchange, please email us atinfo@thegoddessofflame.com with your order details and description of the issue.

Please note:

• We only replace items for the same product.
• Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or is not in its original packaging will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with exchanges.
