• Standard Shipping: $8.50 for orders under $50.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, so your package arrives on time. Thank you for shopping with us!

We are a small shop, and customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, please understand that delivery issues can occur from time to time. We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, carrier delays, supply chain issues, and weather events.

To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please ship your order to a secure location where you or someone you trust will be available to receive the package. We are unable to change delivery addresses once an order is placed. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please notify us immediately. We can cancel and refund your order if we are notified before shipment, but we cannot correct the address once the order is in process.

Insurance

Every package we ship is insured up to $100.00. However, we are not responsible for lost packages due to reasons such as:

• An insecure delivery location

• Incorrect shipping addresses

• Packages delivered to the wrong address

• Stolen packages after delivery

All insurance details will be included in the tracking information for your package. If, for any reason, your package is not received, it is your responsibility to file an insurance claim directly with the carrier.

We reserve the right to decline to re-ship or refund orders where merchandise is not received.

Signature Requirement

• Shipments to commercial addresses, including freight forwarders, require a signature for delivery.

• Orders over $100 require a signature for delivery.

We also reserve the right to require a signature for delivery on any order, at our discretion.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided for all orders. Please note that a tracking number does not necessarily mean the package has been picked up by the carrier. It indicates that the shipping label has been created and we are processing your order.

We aim to ship all orders within three business days after payment is received. However, since all products are handmade, we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates or times.
